We offer SEND support for children and young people up to the age of 25 – that’s special educational needs and disabilities.
We are aware of how inequality affects this group, financially, in support, health, resources and education for children and young people who are unaware of the support available, new migrants, those living in destitute and low-income households.
We provide practical support by working with children/youth to identify the practical adjustments you need to enable you to succeed - in both studies and work. We offer individual learning plan and sessions for those who are yet to have a school placement.
Support we offer includes: information and advice, advocacy, resources, referral/signpost training, awareness sessions, resources, after school and holiday club.
